“My name is Debra & I was diagnosed with Breast cancer just a few months ago. I am currently recovering from mastectomy surgery and undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. My treatment is going well, however I have a long history of other significant health concerns that have led to multiple stomach surgeries on top of my cancer issues. I have worked for many years as a professional cleaner and I take great pride in my work. Despite all of my medical issues, I try and stay vibrant, life loving and gregarious. Some days are difficult dealing with nausea, vomiting and nutritional malabsorption exacerbated by my current cancer treatments. I am really looking forward to completing my treatment and returning to work and all my friends there!”
