In-office Volunteering
Volunteers help us with many of our day-to-day office operations. In-office volunteers typically help pack CareBOXes, assist with inventory (stocking shelves, organizing donations, etc.), letter writing, and more! We prefer a consistent schedule of a minimum of 4 hours a week during our regular office hours of Monday- Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
CareDRIVING
We utilize a wonderful network of volunteers to deliver CareBOXes straight to the patient’s’ home. CareDRIVERs are able to choose the location they deliver to, and then are able meet and interact with our patients. CareDRIVING requires some availability during our office hours of Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, for pick-up of CareBOXes.
Donation Drive
You can also help by collecting and donating items provided in CareBOXes. Please see a list of items needed HERE.
Blankets
Patients are provided with fleece blankets handmade and donated to us by our wonderful volunteers. Blanket making kits can be found at your nearest craft store and brought to our office during our regular office hours.
