I retired from education after 32 years and continued working with the schools on a part-time basis until my diagnosis. Currently, I am just trying to understand what this diagnosis means for me and my family. I have 2 beautiful daughters who take turns taking care of me and making sure I have what I need. I have 3 dogs who are up in age and require some extra care that I love them very much. I enjoy gardening and the outdoors, especially the ocean and the sound of the waves. I appreciate what the CareBOX Program does for cancer patients. I will certainly try and pay it forward as soon as I am able too. Thank you for having me.
